Customer Service Host

As a Customer Service Host, you will be welcoming, advising and looking after our customers whilst they enjoy relaxing at our stores. You will ensure our customers have the best experience by maintaining the stores ambience, environment and communication.

The role requires someone with a high level of standards to ensure the shop is clean and comfortable during quiet and busy periods.

Barista

As a Barista you will have prior experience in creating handmade beverages. Your role will require providing excellent customer service whilst crafting our unique range of bespoke coffee, loose leaf tea and hot chocolate options.

You will be required to be efficient to work in other areas of the store when needed and promoting our fantastic food and ice-cream menu. (Barista training can be provided to suitable candidates.)
