The Cadwaladers Team have completed the Cardiff Half Marathon with blisters, tears and aching muscles. We did it! Some of our team couldn’t make the run due to injury or illness but all our runners completed the marathon in respectable times.
Paul Morton, Aled Jones, Hannah Clark, Ellie Morgan and Sally Atherton Davies all completed the gruelling event in the scorching sun in under 4hrs. Which is amazing as most of the team hadn’t completed a half marathon before let alone run over 10 miles! Also a special thanks to our Trentham Manager, Simon Davies who came down to Cardiff to take photos of the team.
