This invention is the first of its kind in Wales and it’s certainly not going to be the last for Cadwaladers. The Ice Cream Burger is made from a sweet Brioche bun and loaded with Cadwaladers Signature Vanilla ice cream, Lotus Biscuit Sauce and fresh cream and biscuit crumble. The Burger can be made Vegan Friendly for those of you feeling like you are missing out this Veganuary. It’s the perfect sweet treat with a twist for the foodie connoisseur!
